Attention Agents and Insureds!! Do not make monthly CSM Premium Finance payments through this portal. Doing so results in a delay of premium payment, possible late fees, and possible cancellation. Make payments directly to CSM Premium Finance Company at CSM Premium Finance Company.

We now offer online payment options via ACH or credit card. For credit card payments, ePayPolicy charges a processing fee. This fee is charged for credit card transactions only. You will only see one charge to your credit card, which will include the fee and the charges incurred from paying your Cox Specialty Markets invoice or statement. Same day receipt of payment by Cox Specialty Markets is not guaranteed.
